Price:

Billing prices are those in effect at the time the order is placed. Prices, terms and conditions of sale are subject to change without notice.

Limited Warranty:

Nivel Parts warrants all new products against manufacturing defects for one year from our customers purchase date. (Rebuilt, takeoff and OEM parts are warranted for 90 days). In situations where Nivel sells another manufacturers product and the manufacturer extends a longer warranty period Nivel will honor the longer of the two warranties. Nivel will not be liable for any cost of service calls, installation, alleged harm, both personal and materially and/or any other damages resulting from the installation of our parts.

OEM Representation:

Some parts denoted as OEM in the 2008 Cart Parts catalog may have been replaced by a high quality Nivel aftermarket equivalent. In most cases these aftermarket parts will yield noticeable savings to you. Please contact your sales representative if you have any questions regarding OEM parts.

Claims:

Shortages and damaged merchandise must be reported to Nivel 5 days from receipt of merchandise. All in-transit damaged merchandise must be claimed with the freight company by our customer at the time of receipt of goods, and notation made on the bill of lading at that time.

Returns:

You must call for a return authorization (RA) numbers before an item can be sent back to Nivel, items without an (RA) number will be refused; the (RA) number is not a guarantee that your return is eligible for credit and credit will not be granted if the materials are not found to be defective or other wise amount to an inappropriate return. Parts that are returned at customer’s convenience, including customer errors will be subject to a 25% restocking charge. Freight collect or C.O.D. returns will also be refused.

Freight:

Orders exceeding $1,000.00 (except tires and wheel assemblies, electric motors, seat kits and cargo boxes) will be shipped freight prepaid within the Continental U.S. and will be shipped the least expensive way. Orders to Canada exceeding $1,000.00 will be shipped freight prepaid to the border only.

Payment Terms:

Open account payments are due in net amount 30 days from invoice date. Account balances not paid after 30 days, will be subject to a 1.5% per month finance charge. If any invoice is unpaid after 60 days, your account will become inactive until funds are received.

Back Orders:

Call if you would like your back orders cancelled. We will attempt to call prior to shipping active backorders under $50 in value, COD orders, and International orders.
